In Love with the Lithosphere was a body of work, across different media which took postcards, travel books and design periodicals from the 1950’s -70, a period often referred to as the golden age of capitalism, as a starting point. By juxtaposing and layering, geological and domestic, interiors and landscapes, civic and wild, it sought to mine the legacies of that once bright future as a basis for thinking about contemporary environmental relations.
